VISION
Science department is committed to helping students becoming critical consumers of scientific information related to their everyday lives.
MISSION
The mission of the Science department is for all students to have some appreciation of the beauty and wonder of science; possess sufficient knowledge of science; engage in public discussions on related issues; are able to continue to learn about science throughout their lives; and have skills of a scientifically literate person in their respective science discipline.
OBJECTIVE
- To create awareness in students about the world they live in, the key role of science and its effects on the society and to educate the students on environment sustainability.
- To ensure that students acknowledge and use the scientific method (problem, hypothesis, experiment, conclusion) in decision making.
- To develop in students the desirable scientific attitudes and values like collaboration, team spirit, fellow feeling, leadership, courage, truthfulness, honesty and sincerity.
